Join us for an embroidery and appliqué workshop, expect a hands-on evening where I’ll teach you techniques to embellish and repair textiles using reclaimed materials.
You’ll walk away with an embellished cap and the skills to take on similar projects at home.
Hosted at Five March, with their drinks and sharing plates available to purchase on the night.
You are welcome to come along alone or with friends for an evening of mindful hand sewing.
An embellished cap completely personal and unique to you.
You will be taught a variety of embroidery and appliqué techniques to embellish and repair textiles.
No experience necessary, just come along and learn, I’ll guide you through the process and help build up your confidence
Everything you need for the workshop will be provided on the day.
There will be a selection of caps, textiles and embroidery threads to choose from, as well as all the necessary equipment for embroidery and appliqué.
You will also be given printed instructions which you can keep for future reference.
All textiles and caps have been carefuly sourced second hand and checked thoroughly for quality.
Please note this workshop is suitable for ages 16+
