Join us for an embroidery workshop, expect a hands-on evening where I’ll teach you techniques to embellish textiles using reclaimed materials.
You’ll walk away with a pair of embroidered cocktail napkins and the skills to take on similar projects at home.
You’ll be able to select from a range of napkins made from carefully sourced secondhand textiles.
Hosted at Five March, with their drinks and sharing plates available to purchase on the night.
You are welcome to come along alone or with friends for an evening of mindful hand sewing.
A pair of embroidered cocktail napkins completely personal and unique to you.
You will be taught a variety of embroidery and techniques to embellish textiles.
No experience necessary, just come along and learn, I’ll guide you through the process and help build up your confidence.
Everything you need for the workshop will be provided on the day.
There will be a selection of cocktail napkins and embroidery threads to choose from, as well as all the necessary equipment for embroidery and appliqué.
You will also be given printed instructions which you can keep for future reference.
All textiles and threads have been carefully sourced second hand and checked thoroughly for quality.
Please note this workshop is suitable for ages 16+
